List your submission criteria. You can continually update the submission criteria. For example, if you get halfway through a cycle, and you’re only looking for one more article, and you want it to be about, say, Equal Protection, indicate that here. Every author who subsequently submits to you will have to affirm that their article meets the submission criteria.
